Pad Thai Noodles with Shrimps. Hello Lindsey. I tried to source the dried shrimps from Wing Hong Co Ltd today to make the above recipe, but they no longer offer mail order and I cannot source locally. Can you suggest either another supplier or a substitute. Thank you. Eileen
Answered by Lindsey: Hello Eileen, You could get them online. Padian have them, see Delia's intro to the recipe for more details. Or you could use fresh peeled brown shrimps and I’d add a little extra a dessertspoon of white miso paste for that kick of umami flavour. Best wishes Lindsey
You will also need a deep frying pan with a diameter of 10 inches (25.5 cm), or a wok.
