Delia's oven-baked cannelloni, macaroni and penne pasta recipes are perfect for an autumn day.
These easy recipes can be prepared in advance, then baked when you get home, or if you are going for a walk pop it in the oven before you leave and be rewarded by the aroma as you walk through the front door.
Baked Cannelloni is made with fresh lasagne sheets, a filling of minced pork and a bechamel sauce. Baked Macaroni Pie is made using a batch of Delia's Ragu Bolognese, the recipe makes more than enough sauce, with plenty leftover for freezing. Penne with Leeks and Bacon, is made with a cheese sauce and topped with grated Parmesan. Three lasagne recipes to suit all tastes, for meat lovers a classic Lasagne al Forno, updated from Delia's original recipe now that more authentic Italian ingredients are available. For non meat eaters Seafood Lasagne is made with the majority of ingredients you'll find in your store cupboard, and then for true vegetarians, Delia's Spinach and Ricotta Lasagne with Pine Nuts - but do make sure to buy a vegetarian 'style' of Parmesan.
