Thick cut or thin cut.  What's your favouite marmalade? As well as being the pefect partner to a piece of buttered toast, there's more to marmalade than meets the eye.

First of all, homemade is by far the best, and Delia's recipe for Seville Orange Marmalade is so popular it was included in our Cookery School, and you can watch the video on this page showing you how to make it.  You can then use it to make marmalade muffins, marmalade cake and marmalade souffles.
