I will be away 2 weeks prior to Thanksgiving but would like to make sticky toffee pudding and freeze it in advance.
Can I freeze the batter? Or should I bake the cake and the sauce and freeze them separately? Or should I bake the cake and soak it with the sauce and then freeze it? I'm confused. Please help.

Hello,
Yes you can freezer the cooked sticky toffee puddings and the sauce separately.
I remove them from the basins and open freeze until solid, then either wrap individually and keep in a freezer bag or as it’s just a couple of weeks you could store them in a suitably sized lidded freezer box.
Defrost unwrapped overnight in the fridge, covered on a baking tray.
