Round Preserved Ginger cake

Hi Lindsay
Can you help please? I would like to make the Preserved Ginger Cake and wondered if i could use a round pan - say a 23cm cake pan? thank you for you help in advance

We haven’t tested it but I think a 23cm round tin should work.

Just to say the 23cm cake pan worked a treat! The cake was one of several I made for a wonderful lady on her 90th birthday for a party. She is very partial to ginger! So thank you for your help.
