That’s not very much to go on, but let’s assume you made 6 jars of marmalade last year and they all have all got crystalised tops.
I would either – use the marmalade for cooking
Or
Jar by jar, as you come to use it, decant it into a small saucepan and warm it with a little freshly squeezed orange juice to dissolve the sugar crystals then let it cool before spreading. Keep any that is leftover in the fridge for a few days.
