I would like to make the Marmalade Souffles in How to Cook (Book 3), but have been unable to find the thick-cut sugar-free orange marmalade. Please advise where I can buy this ingredient. Many thanks.
Answered by Lindsey: Hello, Perhaps the product used for the original recipe is no longer available. I have seen ‘no added sugar’ marmalade and ‘reduced sugar’ marmalade that could be used instead. Kind regards Lindsey
You will also need six 2 inch (5 cm) deep ramekins with a base diameter of 2½ inches (6 cm), and a top diameter of 3 inches (7.5 cm), very lightly buttered, and a medium-sized baking tray.
Pre-heat the oven to gas mark 4, 350F, (180C).
