I see that you replied to another person about freezing seville oranges and that it is ok to do so. What is a good way to wrap them in prior to freezing and should I add extra lemon or whatever when I finally get to make the marmalade. Just wondered about whether the setting process will be impacted by freezing? I broke my finger so cannot prepare the fruit now. Thank you for reading this. I look forward to hearing from you.

Hello Anna,
We open freeze them on a tray and them transfer them to a freezer bag when solid.
Defrost overnight and proceed as per the recipe.
