Burns Night

Here, our recipes have a Scottish theme and would be perfect for a Burns Night supper (or to celebrate Hogmanay).

Burns Night is on January 25th, with 2025 being the 265th anniversary of the Scottish poet, Robert Burns birth in 1759.  Of course piping in the haggis is the main event, but if a kitted out Scottish piper with a full set of bagpipes is a little more than you can fit into your dining room, you can always keep it low key with Delia's Haggis Pie with Tatties and Neeps. Smoked Haddock Creams make a lovely starter and to finish Crranachan with Raspberry Sauce is a lovely way to end the meal.
