Freezing Bread Sauce

Can Delia's Traditional Bread Sauce recipe be frozen? Thanks Mary

Hello Mary,

You can freeze Bread sauce without the 2 tablespoons of cream.

Defrost overnight in the fridge.

Re-heat gently, and then add the cream and it may need a splash of milk as well if it seems a bit too thick.
