Chocolate Truffle Torte with a substitute for the liquid glucose

I live in Turkey & cannot get liquid glucose or Amber Nectar as suggested for America?? I have seen liquid Stevia, would that work?

Hello,

If you can’t get liquid glucose you could make a sugar syrup using equal parts of sugar and water and use that instead.
