Dark Jamaican Gingerbread

The wonderful aroma of ginger, cinnamon and nutmeg will fill your kitchen; add black treacle and golden syrup and you are on to a winner of a cake.

All the ingredients are simply mixed together then poured into a loaf tin - and that's really it! Once it's cooked, cut into slices and spread with plenty of butter.
