When we were planning our Feedback guest for December we tried to think of someone who conjours up Christmas year after year. Who could it possibly be we wondered? Well - here she is, our very own Delia, sharing her plans for Christmas this year.
PLUS - you can win a copy of Delia's Happy Christmas book in our competition, click the link below for details.

What food always reminds you of your childhood Christmas?
My mother's sausage rolls, and everything that's in my Christmas book that my mother made every Christmas.
Will you be following your ‘The Last 36 hours Christmas Countdown’ guide this year?
Well, having done that for 52 years since I was first married, I'm very happy to say this will be the first year I won't be following it, because we've been invited out for Christmas lunch by my nephew Tom, and his wife Alice. So, I'm very excited about not doing it.
How does it feel knowing thousands and thousands of people follow your Christmas Cake, Mince Pies, Sausage Rolls and Christmas Pudding recipes every single year?
I absolutely love it. I'm always meeting people all the year round that tell me that they follow the Christmas recipes, and it's a huge privilege for me to have been part of so many Christmasses everywhere.
Do you have a current favourite restaurant of type of restaurant?
I have quite a few favourite restaurants, and they are run by friends, so I wouldn't pick one out. Except, our very own Delia's restaurant in the Football Club, which Michael and I love as it serves all my recipes.
What food or ingredient could you not do without?
Good bread
If you have had a long day travelling to an away football game, what is your go to supper when you get home, and do you flop in front of the tv with your feet up?
I always keep pasta sauces in the freezer so that if we want something in a hurry, we've only got to cook the pasta. And yes, we may well eat it in front of the telly.
Is there something in particular you always keep in the fridge
Wine
What would be your last supper if literally anything was available to you and where would you eat it?
I don't believe in last suppers. I believe that after all the hard work I'll be invited to the heavenly banquet in the next world.
