Our cake of this week is a wonderful recipe from Anna Del Conte.
Not so much a traditional Christmas cake as we know it, this is more like a dessert cake and Delia recommends serving at teatime, or after dinner with some sweet dessert wine. A great standby for guests dropping in over the festive season.
