Hello Lindsey. I'm going to give Delia's roast chicken with reisling, grapes and tarragon a try. I've always served roast chicken with gravy, but I like the look of this for a change. What sides you recommend? Thanks. Eileen
Answered by Lindsey: Hello, I’d do small potatoes, something like Anya or La Ratte or Pink Fir Apple, with butter, chopped parsley and chives. And a mixture of green vegetables such as sugar snap peas, leeks and French beans. Kind regards Lindsey
