This is as wicked as it sounds.
A truly delectable combination of flavours and textures that are light and melt in the mouth. I would choose this as a Christmas or New Year dinner party dessert, as the puddings freeze well and are no trouble to re-heat. After freezing, defrost, pour the hot sauce over and re-heat.

Hi I have asked this question before but can’t find your answer or remember what you said!! I made some little sticky toffee puddings for Xmas that are still in the freezer, I would like to use them this weekend, please can you tell me how to reheat them as soon as is possible. Many thanks in advance Pat Anderson
Answered by Lindsey: Hello Pat, Defrost them for a few hours at room temperature the re-heat under then grill with the sauce as per the recipe. Kind regards Lindsey
Can the little sticky toffee puddings be made with gluten free self raising flour?
Answered by Lindsey: Hello, We haven’t tried this recipe with gluten free substitutes but I think it will work well. Kind regards Lindsey
Im cooking for a crowd and want to get ahead. What is the best way to freeze individual sticky toffee puddings so they taste really fresh on the day?
Answered by Lindsey: Hello, I freeze them out of the basins. I like to wrap them individually in freezer film then put them all into a freezer bag. Best wises Lindsey
You will also need eight 6 oz (175 g) metal pudding basins or eight 3 inch (7.5 cm) ramekin dishes, lightly oiled with groundnut oil, a Swiss-roll tin, and a baking sheet.
Pre-heat the oven to gas mark 4, 350°F (180°C).
