The Champagne cream is best made at the last minute, with Champagne from a freshly opened bottle – it's a great experience actually eating it with all the bubbles in it, and you can always drink the rest of the Champagne!

Hello, just wondering how far in advance I can make the jelly for Champagne Jellies for a dinner party on a Friday night. Thank you
Answered by Lindsey: Hello, You can make it a couple of days in advance. Remember to make sure the champagne is very well chilled and handle gently do you capture the bubbles. Once set cove the glasses / dishes individually with film so that nothing spoils the lovely flavour. Best wishes Lindsey
