Getting ahead with Champagne Jelly

Hello, just wondering how far in advance I can make the jelly for Champagne Jellies for a dinner party on a Friday night. Thank you

Hello,

You can make it a couple of days in advance.

Remember to make sure the champagne is very well chilled and handle gently do you capture the bubbles.

Once set cove the glasses / dishes individually with film so that nothing spoils the lovely flavour.
