We are delighted to be joined by Emily to celebrate the publication of her debut cookbook as she whisks us around the world in 80 dumpling recipes.
From growing up in five European countries, her exposure to different cultures and cuisines lit a spark in her, which has continued as an adult. Travelling extensively with her partner Henry, Emily's love of good old British suet dumplings inspired her to explore the different versions in different countries. Chinese jiaozi, Chilean empanadas, ravioli and agnolotti in Italy, it seems no matter where you are in the world - there's always a local version of dumplings!
