This recipe is from Delia's Complete How to Cook.
The world record for making this recipe is not five minutes, but just three – it's quite simply the fastest dessert recipe I've ever come across.
It's also amazingly good, and if it is conceivable that anybody on this earth does not love delectably thick Greek yoghurt, then you can make it just as well with whipped cream.

Hello. I live in the US and make your recipes frequently. I am planning to make Toffee-Fudge Bananas with Toasted Nuts. It calls for molasses sugar. What is a good equivalent for that in US? I did an experiment with molasses and dark brown sugar on top of yogurt and covered for a few hours. Neither taste like toffee fudge. Perhaps the molasses syrup is closer. Thank you!
Answered by Lindsey: Hello, I’m not sure what you can get in America but I’d use Muscovado when Molasses Sugar isn’t available. Billington’s Molasses Sugar is available on Amazon US which is the same as we use. Best wishes Lindsey
You will also need 4 individual serving glasses, each with a capacity of 7 fl oz (200 ml).
