The Marmalade Souffles

I would like to make the Marmalade Souffles in How to Cook (Book 3), but have been unable to find the thick-cut sugar-free orange marmalade. Please advise where I can buy this ingredient.

Hello,

Perhaps the product used for the original recipe is no longer available. I have seen ‘no added sugar’ marmalade and ‘reduced sugar’ marmalade that could be used instead.

Thank you - yes I have seen these too. The person I am cooking for does not eat sugar, so I thought this might be a good pudding to do, but will probably have to re-think.
