What red wine should I use for red onion marmalade?

Hello,

It doesn’t matter too much. We would use something left over or buy something medium-bodied that doesn’t cost very much.

Thanks Lindsey. As I suspected, the wine I have in the house is "too good" I'll buy sme cheaper stff. Ive made it before, but couldn't remember what I used
