Using pre-cooked Puy Lentils

Hello Lindsey. I'm going to cook Delia's recipe for Sausages With Puy Lentils. I already have a pack of Merchant Gourmet Puy Lentils Ready to Eat. Can I use these and if so what changes do I have to make to the recipe? Many thanks. Dottie May

Hello Dotty,

I think it will be fine to use them instead. Just add 275mls of stock instead of the water when it says to in the recipe.
