Good morning I want to use my stand mixer for the easy white loaf your professional guidance.hrtr please; use fresh compressed yeast, how many grams should I use

Hello,

For the ¾ teaspoon in the easy white loaf I would use 10g of fresh, crumbled and dissolved in the warm liquid.
