The yeast in Delia's Hot Cross Buns

Hi Lindsey,
I want to make Delia's Hot Cross Buns. The recipe says that easy-blend yeast is not suitable. Where I live I can only get easy-blend or fresh yeast. What do you suggest?

Hello,
The version we have here online uses easy-bake yeast which I’m sure is the same as easy blend.
Perhaps you have an earlier version on the recipe.
