Scallops in the shell looks amazing. I'm going to try this as a light lunch. Where can I source those fancy shells and what would you suggest would finish it off - petits pois, salad, anya potatoes?

Anya potatoes and salad sounds good.
Or you can go Parisienne and pip mashed potatoes around the edge and bake them.
If you buy diver caught scallops and wash the shells or google scallop shells for cooking a few options will come up.
Or I have some porcelain shells which are good too.
