Carrot Cake oven temperature

Hi. For the ultimate carrot cake. What temperature do I cook the sponges on for a fan assisted oven?

Hello,

It is 150C in a fan assisted oven.

Thank you. I’ve cooked it at 170 but I’m hoping with the syrup will keep it moist.
