Good afternoon, is the Recipe for the semolina shortbread actually gluten free?

Hello,

Not as is, no. 

There is a note at the bottom of the recipe which says…

If you would like to make this recipe gluten free, substitute both the plain flour and the semolina with gluten free flour.
