My question is about the treacle pudding from Delia’s lovely Winter book.
If I want to make a one pint pudding, should I just halve the recipe amounts and how long should I steam it for?

Yes you can just halve the ingredients.
I’d use 100g of beaten egg and allow 1 ½ hours to steam.
