Making a larger coffee and walnut cake

how do you convert the recipe and cooking time for the coffee and walnut sponge cake from an 18cm round tin to a 20cm round tin?

Hello,

You’ll need to do 1 ½ times the recipe for a 20cm sponge tins. It will still need about 30 minutes in the oven. Just check they spring back.
