Making a larger cake

Hi Lindsey

If I double the quantity of Delia’s Fresh Lime and Coconut Cake do I double the cooking time?

Hello,

Assuming you’re still baking it in two tins I would do the same temperature and I think it will need about 35 minutes.

Many thanks for your reply and advice on doubling the quality and cooking time for Delia’s Lime and Coconut Cake. I’ve bought 1kg of coconut milk powder so I’m sure I’ll be making it often. It’s such a delicious cake. Thank you.
