Fromage Frais for the Petits Monts Blancs

I can no longer find fromage frais for the recipe for Petits Mont Blancs. What can I use instead?

Hello,

8% Fromage Frais was available in Waitrose – either Waitrose own brand or Rians La Faisselle brand (I’ve seen Rians on French Click as well).

However the fat-free fromage frais is available just about everywhere - so I would substitute the fromage frais with 150ml of the fat-free fromage frais combined with 50ml extra thick double cream or full-fat crème fraîche.
