Hi, I make truffles every year but didn’t realise I could freeze them! My question is, doesn’t the chocolate covering bloom by freezing?

Hello,
Freezing Delia’s Chocolate Truffles does work. Cooled and stored in a sealed container in the freezer for up to 3 months.
