Freezing Coffee and Walnut Cake

Can you freeze Delia's Coffee and Walnut cake?

Hello Adrian,

This cake can be frozen with the icing. However! If making them for a really special occasion, I would choose to freeze the sponges and ice the cake after defrosting.

I would freeze leftover slices of freshly made and filled coffee and walnut cake.
