Freezing Chocolate Fudge Cake

Can Delia's Chocolate Fudge be frozen, if not how long will it keep for?

Hello,

I would freeze the ‘leftovers’ of a filled Chocolate Fudge Cake but if you are making the cake specifically to be frozen, I would only freeze the sponge (for up to 3 months) then make the filling/icing fresh and fill the defrosted cake just before you serve it.
