Freezing Chocolate Bread and Butter Pudding

For many years I have made chocolate bread and butter pudding for a local charity event. As I am going to be away until the day before the event I would like to know if it is possible to freeze it and defrost and reheat the morning of the lunch

We freeze the leftovers and serve to our nearest and dearest or you can make it to the point where it is ready to go in the oven, and then cover well and freeze for up to 3 months.
Defrost overnight in the fridge and bake as per the recipe.
