Freezing Butterfly Cakes

Can the butterfly cakes be frozen?

Hello,

We haven’t tested freezing them!

However, the sponge cakes will certainly freeze well and as citrus curd can be frozen I’m think the finished cakes will be fine frozen for a couple of months.
