Freezing Amaretti Chocolate Cake

Hi,
Can you freeze Delia’s Amaretti Chocolate cake?
It’s really tasty - but I don’t think my boyfriend and I can eat it in a couple of days....!!

Hello Bernie,

Yes, you can freeze the Amaretti Chocolate Cake. Well wrapped in freezer film or foil, either as a whole piece or in portions, for up to 3 months.
