Doubling up the pancake cannelloni

Hi Lindsay - i wish to double up on the Pancake Cannelloni with Spinach and Four Cheeses recipe ie: for 12 people - can you please tell me if there is a temperature change and any change to the length of time for cooking - any other tips always use to! Kind regards Jane

Hello Jane,

Assuming you are going to use a much larger dish so that the pancake rolls will sit side by side in one layer, the temperature stays the same and I expect it will need another 5 – 10 minutes.
