Double batch of Christmas Chutney

Hiya
Not sure if this is an obvious question or not...but Christmas Chutney - if I wanted to make double the quantity, do I just double all the ingredients? Anything else I need to consider?

Yes, just double the ingredients as you say.
It may need a bit longer to thicken a larger batch.
