I have defrosted some pastry and sausage meat to make sausage rolls but can I refreeze the rolls once made and cooked? Or is it not safe to refereeze the pastry or the sausage meat?

Hello,
If you use raw defrosted sausage meat and defrosted pastry to make your sausage rolls and then bake them you can cool and freeze them. I would recommend freezing them on the day they are baked and keep them well-wrapped for up to 3 months.
