Christmas Cake on a fan oven

I'm about to prepare Christmas cake ingredients. The recipe suggests an oven temperature of 140°C. My oven is a neff circotherm. Do I need to reduce the temperature to account for the fan heat?

Hello Jo,

If you’re using a fan oven it can be baked on any shelf, and I’d set the temperature to 115C.
