Chocolate Truffle Torte Cocoa Solid Percentage

Good morning.
I am going to make the Chocolate Truffle Torte. Would it make a huge difference if I used Callabaut 54% cocoa solids dark chocolate instead of 70-75% dark chocolate cocoa solids.
