Can I freeze salt-crusted mini baked potatoes?

Hi lindsay, Can the Salt-crusted Mini Baked Potatoes with cold chive Hollandaise be cooked ahead and frozen seperately ??

Hello,

The mini baked potatoes and not suitable for home freezing but you can freeze hollandaise without the chives.

Defrost overnight in the fridge and then place in a bowl over (but not touching) barely simmering water.
