Can I freeze Hazelnut Meringue Roulade?

On 07 December I am having a "Girlie Soiree" and one of the desserts I intend to make is the Hazelnut & Chocolate Roulade, time is very much of the essence and I would like to make the dessert 2/3 weeks in advance and freeze it - is this dessert able to be frozen ?

Hello,

This recipe is not suitable for freezing.

It loses its crispness. We would freeze any leftovers ,but not for a special occasion.

These recipes freeze well….

Many thanks for your suggestions. I am already making a Baileys Cheesecake (which does freeze) and a Lemon Meringue Pie (which doesn't) will just have to make the roulade the night before and hope for the best :-)
