Greek orange and honey cake
Hi ,
I'm attempting to make the above cake but am confused about making the orange puree.
Do I just chop up the whole orange and use it minus the pips or do I take the peel off?

Hello Nicola,
Yes, this is correct. Discard the stalk if there is one, cut it into chunks and remove any pips.
Then all the orange pieces with the peel and pith go into the food processor.
