Our Cake of the Week is back, and we’re kicking things off in 2026 with a cake that has two flavours that might not sound as if they should go together.
The rich depth of coffee pairs beautifully with cardamom - a spice you'd normally expect to use if you were making a curry, and in Delia’s own words, the combination is simply 'sublime'.
