This week’s Cake of the Week is quite an old recipe, taken from The Sainsbury's Magazine - Mini Mincemeat Muffins.
They're a festive little twist to ring the changes when mince pies seem to be everywhere you look. Packed with fragrant, spiced mincemeat and topped with a scattering of jewel-like dried fruits to give them a lovely Christmas finish. The recipe makes 24 little cakes, so they're great for parties, homemade gifts or Christmas fete cake stalls.
