For our November Menu of the Month, we’re giving favourites a modern twist, and Lindsey's collection of recipes celebrates seasonal flavours with a few creative surprises.
We begin with a Chicken Waldorf Salad, a crisp, refreshing starter that’s perfect for autumn. November is the ideal time to enjoy fresh, ‘wet’ walnuts, to bring a lovely texture and flavour to the salad. The recipe serves four but can easily be scaled up to match the rest of the meal.
For the main course, we’re serving a lighter, more elegant take on Classic Cannelloni. Instead of pasta, Delia uses delicate pancakes filled, rolled, and baked to perfection.
And to finish, dessert gets a decadent makeover with our Chocolate and Sour Cherry Crumble, an indulgent twist on the traditional fruit crumble.
