It's the Greek mountain honey that gives this cake its name, and a wonderful recipe you can make well ahead.
Once baked, the cake is soaked with a warm honey, orange and lemon juice syrup, and left to cool completely. When you are ready to serve, it's topped with Greek yoghurt, pistachios and honey before cutting into chunky slices. The recipe serves 12, and if you want to make a smaller one to serve 8-10, you'll find instructions at the bottom of the Method.
